It has been more than 50 years since we started as a specialized manufacturer of brassieres in Kyoto, and thanks to the support of many customers, we are now able to deliver products covering all bodywear to overseas customers as well.

Since its founding, we set the three basic policies of our company, “high-quality design to create feminine beauty, uncompromising pursuit of technology, and marketing that makes the products created in this way valuable”. We strive to achieve the best craftsmanship.

We will continue to make each product with all our heart to improve our customers’ beauty and health. With our products come joy, peace, confidence, and courage, and our customers should feel this positive energy.

After three years of the devastating impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, it is finally starting to come to an end, and our lives are gradually returning to normal. However, the world, which was forced to undergo significant changes due to the pandemic, will not go back to the way it was before but will rather transition into a ‘new normal’ where lifestyles and economic activities are updated to suit the times.

Since I inherited Quadrille Nishida and its spirit of commitment to craftsmanship from my father, my motto has been “manufacturing means human resource development” and “human always comes first”. It means creating a favorable internal environment in which each employee can have a positive motivation and put more passion into manufacturing, contributing to society with Corporate Social Responsibility, and delivering trustworthy, beautiful products to our business partners and consumers.
