I have assumed the presidency of our company in its 58th year, receiving the baton from my older brother (the current Chairman), who inherited the founding spirit of our father—the Honorary Chairman—who established this company with the vision: “Making Japanese women more beautiful with lingerie that doesn’t constrict.”

In this unpredictable VUCA era marked by diverse values in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, I feel a deep sense of responsibility as I take on this important role. We will continue to uphold and refine the pattern-making and sewing techniques that have enabled us to pursue superior comfort since our founding. Together with all our employees, united in purpose, we will boldly take on new challenges to create products that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
