• Q1.Which items can you produce?

  We can produce various sewn products such as foundation wear, lingerie, underwear, and mask.

• Q2.Is there a minimum quantity for production?

  As a general guideline, the minimum order quantity is 2,000 units per style/color for overseas production and 1,000 units per style/color for domestic production in Japan. Please note that terms regarding development costs—such as sample creation—differ between corporate and individual clients; for further details, please contact us by phone or via the inquiry form.

• Q3.What is the average time between the placement of an order and delivery?

  It’s basically 120 days.

  However, it will vary depending on the situation at the time of ordering, the number of orders and the materials used. For more information, please contact us by phone or via inquiry form.

• Q4.Can you give me a quality certificate?

  We can ask a public institution to conduct an additional quality test and submit an inspection report at the customer request.

  If the customer does not provide any quality standard, we control the quality of materials and products in accordance with our strict quality standard.

• Q5.I would like to visit your factory.

  After a business meeting, we can give you a factory tour or arrange online viewing by zoom, Skype, etc. Please feel free to ask our customer support service.
